Recently restored student desk by Heywood Wakefield Co of Gardiner Mass.
A sleek and stylish Midcentury desk with built in bookcase.
Referred to as Model M783W, this student desk was produced from 1952-1961
Features a sculpted solid birch wood construction with curved edges and two side shelves for storage. One long top drawer that runs the width of the entire desk and two smaller drawers(one extra deep) for plenty of storage in this compact desk.
Condition: Recently restored in a warm golden tone. In very good to excellent condition with no issues to note. There may still be minor signs of age and use inside drawers etc. Finished backside so it can be used away from a wall.
