Elegant Rosewood sideboard with two cabinet doors and three adjustable shelves. The rich rosewood surface and fine detailing, such as the slight projection of the doors, give this a sophisticated aesthetic typical of Danish furniture maker Omann Jun Møbelfabrik A/S.
This family-run business initially focused on the production of bedroom furniture but later, in 1950s, ’60s, and ’70s, expanded into dining room furniture, desks, sideboards and shelving systems made in high-quality woods, such as teak, oak, and rosewood. Among collectors, the beautifully constructed sideboards/credenzas are Omann Jun’s most desirable productions.
Condition: Very good vintage condition with some surface wear and fading from age and use.
