Nice teak framed ottoman with newly upholstered cushion.
Designed by Kai Kristiansen for Magnus Olesen in the 1960s.
There is a small separation in the frame where the cushion sits. I have filled it with a sturdy glue but I am selling this as an ottoman only and not for sitting. Definitely sturdy enough for resting legs and feet and possibly strong enough for sitting but that’s up to you. No guarantees it will support a lot of weight if someone sits on it.
These are well sought after and its a fabulous design. It is known as the ‘Paper Knife’ ottoman for the chairs it is normally paired with which are the Paper Knife chairs by Kai Krisitansen.
