Single Jeff Covey Stool in very good condition with some minor wear to seat.
Info from google:
Designer and History: Designed by self-taught Californian designer Jeff Covey in 1997, the Model Six stool was initially self-produced and shipped flat-packed in six components for customer assembly (hence the name). It was later licensed to Herman Miller for a period of five years.
Design and Materials: The stool features an adjustable-height, telescopic seat, originally in molded maple plywood but also available in polished, spun aluminum (as seen in the image) or walnut. The seat is mounted on a sturdy cast aluminum hub with a machined acme thread, supported by rolled steel legs.
Ergonomics and Functionality: Known for its gentle ergonomic contours, the seat spins and adjusts in height, typically ranging from 23 to 28 inches, making it suitable for both counter and bar heights.
Recognition: The Model Six stool is considered a design classic and is part of the permanent collection of the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (SFMOMA).
