Danish Peter Hvidt Daybed/Sectional Sofa for France & Son’s 1960’s

Description

This multifunctional sectional sofa can sleep two plus provide all of the seating you need. Both daybeds feature solid teak frames, and the arms have inset caned side panels that fold down to provide an extended resting space for sleeping or lounging. You can also arrange them to make one large sofa. Designed by Peter Hvidt for France & Sons., Denmark circa 1960. Price includes marble table shown, Lamp NOT included. Table is a slab of marble from Portugal placed on a piece of plywood with spindle legs attached. Marble is removable. Excellent vintage condition.

Was reupholstered about 15 years ago. Cushions unzip so that upholstery can be removed and washed if needed.
All supports are in excellent condition, sofas are sturdy and solid.
Each sofa/daybed is 60″L, the table is 30″ x 30″ square. so with the table as is the set is 90″ long each side
