Pair of American of Martinsville End Tables by Merton Gershun
$950.00
Description
A pair of mid century end tables by Merton Gershun for American of Martinsville, from the “Accord” collection. Each table has aluminum X inlays on the top and a brushed aluminum drawer pull, and sits on tapered legs.
One is a single-drawer end table, and the other is a step table with a drawer on the upper tier. They work as end tables, nightstands, or a staggered pair beside a sofa or bed.
Condition: Drawers both slide smoothly. Sturdy and in excellent condition. The single-drawer end table is a lighter, warmer tone, and the step table is a deeper brown. The first photo (of the tables together) shows the most accurate coloration. They sit well together, but they do not match exactly.
These were done in their natural tone and because wood grain varies from board to board, one area may look darker or lighter than another. That’s the natural character of the wood, not damage. We don’t stain to match, because we prefer to preserve the original look. Color may look a little different in person depending on lighting. (lighting in the shop was difficult to capture true coloration and tone)Message us if you would like a video sent.
